Lead Estimation Engineer - Pre-Contract
حتى الآن• Lead end-to-end tendering and cost estimation for public and private building, EPC, and infrastructure projects, including individual tenders valued up to QAR 1B+. • Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to define scope, identify gaps and commercial risks, and support bid/no-bid and pricing decisions. • Direct quantity takeoff, BOQ development, rate analysis, cost planning, and pricing for design and build and traditional tenders across civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing trades. • Manage RFQ processes and technically and commercially evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to establish competitive, compliant project costs. • Prepare tender cost summaries, bid comparisons, value engineering proposals, qualifications, and pricing recommendations for senior management review and final bid strategy. • Supervise and mentor estimators and quantity surveyors, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and support tender clarification, negotiation, and project handover activities. • Apply Qatar construction market knowledge and QCS requirements throughout pre-contract reviews and tender submissions.
